Job Summary
Own and drive marketing leadership for a West End theatre group, shaping CRM-led audience development and revenue growth while leading a small team to execute integrated campaigns.
- Brand and CRM strategy: guardianship of the brand, database growth, and income generation through targeted digital and audience initiatives.
- Team and campaign execution: manage three Marketing Executives to deliver coordinated marketing programs across channels.
- Strategic marketing program: develop and implement the DMT strategy including social media, customer communications, and opportunities to boost guest experience and secondary spend.

Responsibilities
- Maximise direct sales through Delfont Mackintosh Theatres and provide marketing support to all resident producers.
- Lead a team of three Marketing Executives.
- Be responsible for brand guardianship, growing the database and driving income generation through effective CRM, digital and audience development strategies.
- Develop and implement the DMT marketing strategy, including social media engagement and customer communications.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the experience and drive secondary spend
- Comparable previous experience in a marketing role in the arts and culture sector
- Excellent communication skills
- Line management skills
- Experience in creating and tracking digital marketing campaigns
