Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Deliver email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys through Klaviyo.
• Manage and maintain website content, ensuring products, collections and marketing materials remain accurate and up to date.
• Support the optimisation of product listings across online marketplaces to maximise visibility and sales.
• Create engaging content across a range of digital channels, including social media, email, website and video.
• Support SEO activity by monitoring performance and implementing improvements to increase online visibility.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including digital assets, brochures and direct mail campaigns.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing recommendations to support continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, agency partners and suppliers to support the delivery of the marketing plan.

Requirements

• Experience in a marketing role or a relevant marketing qualification
• A good understanding of digital marketing, including email, ecommerce, content and social media
• Strong copywriting, proofreading and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confident building relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
• A proactive approach, with the confidence to suggest ideas and identify opportunities for improvement
• An interest in creating engaging content and learning about technical products

Preferred

• Experience with Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, paid media, short-form video or Shopify would be advantageous, but isn't essential
