Job Summary

Own brand guardianship and messaging across consumer and corporate touchpoints, shaping campaigns and storytelling while driving measurable learnings.

  • Brand stewardship: protect and evolve the tone, consistency, and authenticity across all channels for the DBHF brand.
  • Content and campaigns: plan platform-specific content and calendars, develop seasonal campaigns, and surface customer stories that support growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Protect and evolve the Don't Buy Her Flowers brand across all customer touchpoints
  • Ensure tone of voice remains thoughtful, authentic, warm, honest and consistent across all channels
  • Help shape seasonal campaigns, launches and brand storytelling
  • Act as a brand guardian internally and externally
  • Review reports on metrics, performance and key learnings to steer strategy
  • Plan and create engaging content across all channels for both consumer and corporate audiences
  • Write and edit copy including: Email campaigns
  • Website copy
  • Product descriptions
  • Social captions

Preferred

  • Content marketing: 2 years (preferred)
