Marketing & Communications Executive

Responsibilities

• Creating engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, emails and print.
• Filming and editing short-form videos that showcase our people, services and stories.
• Managing national social media channels, scheduling posts and engaging with our online community.
• Monitoring performance and using insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Supporting franchise partners with marketing materials, templates and advice.
• Coordinating internal communications, company announcements and award submissions.
• Keeping our content calendar organised and our brand consistent across every channel.

Requirements

• proven experience creating marketing content, managing business social media accounts and producing video content to a publishable standard
• Excellent writing skills, strong organisation and the confidence to manage multiple projects
• comfortable working independently, communicating with different audiences and bringing your own creative ideas to the table

Preferred

• Experience in care, franchising, award writing or design tools such as Canva would be an advantage
