- Account Based Email marketing and Editorial: own email messaging and content alignment with target accounts.
- Lead generation: generate MQLs/SQLs through email campaigns and list-building.
- LeadGen sources: from public lists, Glenigan, internal databases, events, CPDs, LinkedIn profiling, and AI research.
- Feedback and insights: capture customer feedback via email, text, WhatsApp, and weblinks surveys for NPS and Google Reviews.
- SEO support: assist with organic and technical SEO to grow website visits and engagement.
