Job Summary
Own exhibitor communications and on-site guest experience for a 3-4 month event, focusing on exhibitor relationships, liaison management, and deliverables from promo materials to website updates.
- Exhibitor Communications Ownership: manage exhibitor liaison, improve communications, and ticket uptake.
- On-site Delivery and Experience: execute exhibitor and visitor touchpoints, including feature management.
- Collaboration and Collateral: update exhibitor FAQs and zones, and create basic design briefs for comms.
Job Description
- Assisting the Marketing Communications Manager and Senior Marketing Executive in:
- Building relationships with and providing customer service to exhibiting brands
- Managing Exhibitor Liaison to improve exhibitor comms for increased exhibitor tickets
- Assisting with the distribution of all promotional materials
- Updating event websites with relevant exhibitor information (FAQ’s and Exhibitor Zones)
- Onsite delivery of the exhibitor comms and visitor experience, which could include feature management
- Creating basic design briefs for exhibitor comms
