Job Summary
You will own end-to-end marketing support for multiple hotels, from content creation and scheduling to email campaigns and performance reporting.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creating and scheduling social media content across our hotels’ channels
- Producing content, including photography, video and copy, sometimes on-site at the properties
- Building and sending email campaigns
- Pulling together performance reports and tracking results
- Supporting on campaigns, launches and day-to-day marketing activity
- Travelling to properties and meetings in London, Norfolk and occasionally overseas (including Malta in 2027)
Requirements
- Organised, with the ability to juggle multiple hotels and deadlines
- Creative, with an eye for great content and design
- Personable and confident working with clients and hotel teams
- Calm and adaptable when things get busy
- Interested in marketing, hospitality and travel
Preferred
- Experience with Metricool, Canva or Mailchimp is a bonus but not essential, as full training will be given
