Lifecycle Marketing Manager (based in London)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Customer Journey Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/Real-Time CDP).
• Experience designing and optimising multichannel customer journeys.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, tracking, analytics, and performance optimisation.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Knowledge of first-party data collection, segmentation, GDPR, and PECR.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage end-to-end journey delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
