Responsibilities

Strategy & Consumer Experience
Drive a data-driven culture: Establish a unified understanding of the consumer data model across all marketing, tech, and brand stakeholders.
Orchestrate journeys: Leverage advanced segmentation to enable personalized customer journeys and identify optimization opportunities that drive retention and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Empower business users: Serve as the primary CDP subject matter expert, developing frameworks and rules of engagement that allow non-technical teams to interface with the platform and self-serve safely.
Translate requirements: Capture business needs and translate them into actionable user stories for technical delivery.
Platform Operations & Analytics
Own the activation process: Manage the end-to-end creation, optimization, and delivery of audience segments to destinations like Marketing Automation, Paid Media, and Web Personalization.
Analyze and refine: Continuously evaluate segment composition, campaign relevance, and platform insights to improve targeting precision.
Troubleshoot: Act as the first line of defense for segmentation and activation issues, partnering directly with vendor support when necessary.
Data and Process Governance

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) in Consumer Data Platform and Marketing Technologies, or related fields.
Deep familiarity with the consumer data model, unified consumer view, and consumer lifecycle for the retail industry.
Strong ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and strategies.
Solid understanding of data governance, consent management, and privacy regulations for first-party data usage in marketing.
Familiarity with marketing performance analysis and reporting, including experience with analytics tools to derive actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork across technical and business units.

Preferred

Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (certifications in these platforms are highly desirable).
Experience leveraging AI-driven methodologies to scale personalized experiences and unlock new growth frontiers.
Strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision-making and optimization.
Highly organized with attention to detail and a bias for action.
