Head of Market Strategy and Growth

Responsibilities

• Turn market, client and performance data into clear commercial insight.
• Support senior leadership with strategic planning, reporting and growth priorities.
• Help coordinate major pursuits, bids and strategic opportunities.
• Provide intelligence on clients, competitors, procurement and market trends.
• Help teams prioritise opportunities and convert them into tangible growth.
• Build dashboards and reporting that give visibility of our pipeline and performance.
• Identify emerging markets, clients, sectors and opportunities.
• Connect teams across Project Centre, ensuring everyone is focused on the opportunities that matter.

Requirements

• You’ll have experience in strategy, growth, business development, commercial planning, market intelligence, consultancy or a related field.
• You’ll be analytical and commercially curious, with the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and compelling stories.
• You’ll be confident working with senior leaders and influencing teams across the business.

Preferred

• Experience within professional services, engineering, infrastructure, consultancy or local government would be valuable, alongside an understanding of local government procurement.
