  • Manage paid media, channel mix, and agency partnerships
  • Collaborate with promoters and revenue teams to optimize offers and pricing

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Race GTM Plan: You build and maintain the go-to-market plan for each of your races, the single source of truth for marketing activity, audience targeting, channel strategy and ticket sales. Every stakeholder works from it, and you keep it current and commercially grounded.
  • Performance Marketing & Channel Mix: You plan and run paid and performance marketing for each race, selecting and optimising the right channels for each market.
  • Drive Ticket Sales & Commercial Conversion: You deliver promotional plans that turn awareness into purchases, with a sharp focus on markets where Formula E is still building its fan base and every activation needs to work harder. You work with the Revenue & Yield team on offers and promotions within the agreed pricing framework.
  • Promoter & Stakeholder Alignment: You are the main link between central ticketing and local race promoters, working across different commercial structures, languages and cultural expectations to keep delivery seamless.
  • Agency Management: You manage local agency relationships across creative, media and activation. You make sure partners understand our ambition, are set up to deliver against it and are held to a clear performance standard. When a partnership isn't working, you flag it quickly and come with a solution.
  • Data & Insights Mastery: You monitor sales velocity and conversion across channels, work out the why behind the numbers and feed those insights straight back into the plan.

Requirements

  • The International Marketer: You have a strong understanding of the cultural, commercial and media landscape across international markets, and you move between them with confidence.
  • The Performance Marketing Expert: You bring hands-on experience running sophisticated paid media and multi-channel marketing campaigns. You maintain a clear, unwavering line of sight between marketing spend and tangible customer acquisition or ticket sales outcomes.
  • The Global Communicator: You are an outstanding communicator who can seamlessly translate a global brand vision into local relevance. You have the organisational skills to collaborate and manage relationships effectively across significant time zone differences and language barriers.
  • The Analytical Thinker: You are entirely comfortable working inside data dashboards, with a proven ability to translate complex data sets and sales metrics into a clear, actionable story of "what's next" for campaign performance.
  • The Curious Self-Starter: You are energised by the variety of a global calendar and have a make-it-happen mentality in markets that may not have a playbook yet.
  • The Resilient Team Player: You bring multiple functions and time zones together around a common goal, and stay positive and energetic when no two race weekends are the same.
