Responsibilities

• Discovering and signing new creators, building relationships with influencers, managing talent, and helping secure brand partnerships.
• Discover New Talent
• Identify and recruit promising influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms, primarily across the UK & US.
• Creator Outreach & Recruitment
• Reach out to potential creators, conduct calls and introduce them to Stride Social.
• Talent Management
• Build long-term relationships with creators and support them throughout their partnerships and campaigns.
• Brand Outreach & Sales
• Identify relevant brands and help secure paid opportunities for your talent roster.
• Campaign Management

Requirements

• Recent Business and Marketing graduates or ambitious early-career professionals
• Marketing or Sales Experience
• Confident communicators who enjoy speaking to people
• Passionate about social media, influencers and digital culture
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Ambitious individuals who want to progress quickly
• Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote environment
• No previous influencer marketing experience is required. We’re looking for the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.
