Responsibilities

• As an Influencer Talent Manager , you'll be responsible for discovering, signing and managing influencers while building relationships with both creators and brands.

• Your responsibilities will include:
• - 🔎 Researching and identifying up-and-coming influencers across TikTok, Instagram and other platforms
• - 🤝 Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators
• - 📞 Conducting calls with potential creators and introducing them to Stride Social
• - ✍️ Signing and onboarding new talent
• - 💼 Negotiating brand deals and partnership opportunities
• - 📊 Managing influencer campaigns from start to finish
• - 🌎 Growing your own network of creators across the UK, US and international markets

Requirements

• Have a degree or background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field
• Have excellent written and spoken English
• Understand social media and the creator economy
• Are ambitious, proactive and motivated by results
• Enjoy networking and building relationships
• Are confident communicating with creators and businesses
• Are commercially minded and interested in sales and negotiation
• Can work independently and manage your own time
• Are hungry to build something for yourself rather than simply looking for a traditional 9-5
• Previous influencer management experience isn’t essential. We’re interested in your potential, attitude and ability to learn.
