Job Summary

Own the TikTok Shop growth engine end-to-end, driving global performance, marketplace expansion, and cross-functional execution from discovery to checkout while strengthening retention through CRM and lifecycle programs.

  • Growth & Marketplace Strategy: define targets, assortment, pricing, and launch playbooks across regions to accelerate scale.
  • End-to-End Commerce & CRM: own CRO, merchandising, site experiences, and lifecycle programs that lift repeat purchase and CLV.
  • Campaigns, Content & Governance: lead major drops and cross-team campaigns with data-driven reporting and global SOPs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Owning TikTok Shop commercial performance globally - defining growth targets, assortment strategy, pricing and promotional plans across key markets.
  • Developing and executing marketplace growth strategies for TikTok Shop including launch plans for new markets and scaling playbooks for top-performing regions.
  • Leading major campaign periods and product drops on TikTok Shop and coordinating with global marketing, creative and operations teams to maximise impact.
  • Managing performance media and creator partnerships - owning paid social, influencer/creator strategies and in-platform ad spend to drive acquisition and conversion.
  • Optimising content and listings for discovery and conversion on TikTok Shop, including short-form creative, product pages and livestream programming.
  • Owning D2C eCommerce performance - defining CRO roadmaps, managing merchandising and site experience improvements, and delivering commercial KPIs across global D2C sites.
  • Leading CRM and lifecycle strategy - building segmented email, SMS and in-app programmes to increase retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
  • Monitoring performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations; setting up dashboards and reporting to track revenue, margin and engagement metrics.
  • Working cross-functionally with brand, creative, supply chain, operations and regional teams to deliver commercial objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Setting standards and best practice for TikTok Shop operations globally, including governance, SOPs and vendor/creator management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing TikTok Shop or equivalent social commerce channels (or demonstrable success with marketplace or platform-led trading).
  • Strong D2C eCommerce experience with hands-on knowledge of CRO, merchandising, product launches and site optimisation.
  • CRM and lifecycle expertise - experience building segmented email, SMS and retention programmes that drive measurable uplift in repeat purchase and CLV.
  • Paid social and creator partnership experience with the ability to manage media budgets, optimise campaigns and work closely with creators to drive commerce performance.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical capability - comfortable interpreting performance data, setting targets and translating insight into prioritised action.
  • Experience of international markets and the ability to develop scalable playbooks across multiple regions.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with strong stakeholder management and the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Preferred

  • Experience within fragrance, beauty, fashion or wider consumer goods brands would be highly advantageous.
