Job Summary

Lead and manage a fundraising legacy and in-memory marketing program, using audience insights to shape campaigns, craft storytelling materials, and track performance across campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

Use your marketing skills and knowledge to support the delivery of a fundraising marketing programme to increase awareness, consideration, and pledges of gifts in wills
Create engaging storytelling materials—brochures, case studies, videos, web content
Use audience insights and data to understand supporter needs, behaviours, and motivations, helping to inform campaign activity
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting against agreed objectives, targets, and KPIs
Support with the delivery of fundraising events

Requirements

Understanding of the principles of direct and relationship marketing
Experience of delivering marketing campaigns
Ability to create compelling and audience-focused marketing content
Confident using data and insights to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
Experience of and resilience to meeting targets and KPIs

Preferred

Experience of fundraising, legacy marketing, or cause-led marketing would be advantageous
