Responsibilities

• Content & creative: Create content that helps us stand out and explain what we do clearly, from LinkedIn posts, blogs and customer stories to short-form video, product demos and sales content.
• Email & campaigns: Build and deliver email campaigns, nurture journeys and customer communications, supporting lead generation, engagement, conversion and retention.
• Digital execution: Keep our digital marketing moving by updating website content and landing pages, supporting SEO activity and reporting on campaign performance.
• You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing across both brands, taking ownership of campaigns and activity from brief through to delivery and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years' hands-on B2B marketing experience
• Experience independently delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through to execution
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills across web, email and social
• Hands-on experience building and delivering email campaigns and nurture programmes
• Experience updating website content and landing pages using a CMS such as WordPress
• Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practice
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Practical experience using AI tools to support marketing research, content creation, campaign delivery and day-to-day workflows
• Comfortable using marketing data and analytics to measure performance and improve activity
• Comfortable creating simple visual and video content using tools such as Canva or similar

Preferred

• Experience in B2B technology or SaaS would be advantageous but isn't essential.
