Own and optimize the charitys external communications across planning, social media, campaigns, website, and email publications, working across teams to deliver engaging content and measurable impact.

Requirements

Experience in a communications, marketing or digital communications role.
Experience managing organisational social media accounts
Experience creating engaging content for a range of digital platforms and different audiences
Experience managing and updating websites
Experience using analytics tools to evaluate communications performance and inform future activity.
Experience of video editing
Experience working within the charity or voluntary sector
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practice.
Strong content creation skills, including writing for different audiences.
