Events & Marketing Administration Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Exhibitions & International Events Plan and coordinate UK and international exhibitions, including stand bookings, floor plans, contractors and suppliers. Organise travel, accommodation, shipping, equipment and promotional materials. Manage event budgets, schedules, documentation, health and safety requirements and logistics. Attend selected exhibitions to oversee setup, support delivery and ensure outstanding brand presentation. Review event performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Company & Customer Events Coordinate internal company events, customer demonstrations and partner meetings. Organise venues, catering, invitations, guest lists and event materials. Marketing Administration Support the marketing team with planning, calendars, project tracking and administration. Manage marketing stock, promotional materials, supplier orders and purchasing. Maintain and update product information and website content using Shopify. Support marketing campaigns, new product launches and sales team requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience organising exhibitions and trade shows, including international events.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience managing suppliers, event logistics, shipping and documentation.
• An understanding of exhibition health and safety requirements.
• Strong communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to solve problems independently.

Preferred

• Experience using Shopify would be an advantage.
