- Event management: From briefing to delivery, keeping programs on time and on budget.
- Client partnerships: Nurture accounts and coordinate with stakeholders and third parties.
- Vendor & channel coordination: Build supplier relationships and leverage On Trade and Off Trade touchpoints to deliver impactful experiences.
Job Description
Own the end-to-end delivery of in-person events and activations, with a client-centric focus that weaves care for accounts into the core program.
- Event management: Manage in-person events and activations from brief to delivery.
- Client partnerships: Manage accounts and nurture client relationships.
- Coordination: Brief 3rd parties and coordinate with key stakeholders.
- Delivery discipline: Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time.
- PM discipline: Apply project management skills to a variety of outputs – from events to terrace takeovers and trade shows.
- Care for clients: Be an essential partner that supports care for and helps your clients, making Quantum an integral part of their team.
