Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute engaging email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, lead nurturing).
• Create compelling, audience-focused content and manage subscriber segmentation.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain clean, organised mailing lists.
• Implement A/B testing to optimise subject lines, content, and send times.
• Assist with editing and creating powerpoint presentations.
• Support content updates and management of our website via CMS
• Assist in planning, creating, and editing content for social media
• Monitor and report on digital performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing and sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in email marketing or broader digital marketing (B2C or property/finance experience a plus).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with a flair for engaging digital content.
• Experience with email platforms such as Brevo, Mailchimp, Zoho, or Hubspot.
• Experience with Design Applications - Photoshop, Canva etc
• Comfortable using CMS platforms for website content management, building landing pages etc.
• Solid analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of GDPR and email best practices.
• Highly organised, creative, and eager to contribute to a growing marketing function.
