Email Marketing Executive - P/T

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Klaviyo email marketing system, ensuring best practices and high performance across all campaigns.
• Develop and implement email marketing strategies for a variety of clients, collaborating across multiple departments to achieve effective results.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, optimising campaigns to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Translate insights, analytics, and data into client-friendly monthly campaign reports in collaboration with internal teams.
• Produce and present internal monthly reports on all activity, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensure exceptional client service, acting as a key point of contact and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in email marketing and CRM platforms, ideally Klaviyo.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
