Job Summary

Own and orchestrate Moody's Insurance demand generation, ABM, and field marketing to accelerate growth and pipeline across regions, turning segment strategy into integrated campaigns and owning ICPs, personas, and buying groups.

Regional execution across the Americas, Europe, and Africa with close collaboration with Insurance sales leadership to improve lead quality and deal outcomes.
Champion AI-enabled execution to speed campaigns, optimize performance, and boost team effectiveness.

Job Description

Responsibilities

This role leads global demand generation, ABM, and field marketing for Moody’s Insurance segment.
Own the Insurance demand generation and field marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement, and pipeline
Translate segment strategy into integrated demand generation, ABM, and field marketing plans
Define and evolve ICPs, buyer personas, and buying group frameworks
Deliver an ABM‑led strategy to achieve MQL, pipeline, and new business targets
Partner closely with senior Insurance sales leaders on account plans, acquisition, and expansion
Lead regional field marketing and ABM teams across the Americas, Europe, and Africa; consult with APAC
Oversee DG and ABM execution and optimisation across platforms such as Marketo
Shape and coordinate the regional Insurance event strategy
Partner with SDR and Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and deal outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
