Job Summary

Own the recruitment marketing program end-to-end, shaping strategy, creating campaigns, and guiding EVP activation to attract and convert top talent while collaborating across Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leadership.

  • Growth & Campaign Ownership: Build and run integrated recruitment marketing programs, from strategy to analytics, across channels.
  • EVP Activation: Localize and activate the Employer Value Proposition across content and touchpoints with brand alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Advisory: Consult stakeholders with practical, high-impact recommendations on talent attraction challenges.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Recruitment Marketing including strategy development, campaign project management, performance analytics, stakeholder management, and operations
  • Create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion (talent community sign ups & apply clicks)
  • Manage, localize, and activate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and its associated creative platform across all content, career channels, touchpoints internally and externally in a relevant, and brand aligned manner.
  • Provide high quality consultation, education, and recommendations to a variety of internal stakeholders in need of your help (Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, etc.) on critical talent attraction challenges by independently developing solutions, often from a blank sheet of paper
  • Maintain a deep macro-understanding of recruiting, talent, and marketing trends with a micro-understanding of what motivates multiple talent segments to choose an employer

Requirements

  • Experience in employer brand/recruitment marketing
  • Experience creating recruitment marketing campaigns for roles with limited agency support
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, work practically, and do hard things well with speed and urgency.
  • Operate effectively in a lean, fluid and evolving team, with a bias for action.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire your team and peer groups both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience collaborating and working cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree
