Responsibilities

• 🤝 Partner closely with Sales leadership and key stakeholders to ensure marketing investment delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
• 🌍 Lead and develop a geographically distributed marketing team, creating an environment where people can thrive and perform at their best.
• 📊 Use insight, analytics and commercial thinking to optimise campaigns, improve performance and maximise return on investment.
• 🚀 Champion innovation through AI, automation and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• ✔ Proven leadership experience within a multi-country or geographically dispersed marketing function.
• ✔ Demonstrated ability to build, lead and develop high-performing teams.
• ✔ Extensive experience translating business strategy into commercially successful marketing programmes.
• ✔ Strong commercial acumen with experience using data, insights and performance metrics to inform decisions.
• ✔ Experience influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships across multiple business functions.
• ✔ Confidence operating in fast-moving, matrix organisations where priorities evolve rapidly.
• ✔ Strong communication, presentation and storytelling capabilities.
• ✔ Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technology, digital transformation and AI-enabled marketing.
• ✔ A data-driven and outcome-focused mindset, balanced with creativity and innovation.
• To fulfil this role, you must hold valid right to work in United Kingdom.

Preferred

• Experience within channel, cloud, technology or partner ecosystems would be beneficial, but we welcome applications from leaders with transferable expertise from other sectors.
