Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO optimisation and B2B marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and scheduling posts to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, analysing performance metrics to improve engagement rates.
  • Utilise Google Ads and Google Analytics to monitor campaign success and optimise advertising efforts.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress; ensure content is current, relevant, and optimised for search engines.
  • Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop for digital campaigns, social media posts, and website updates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to marketing initiatives and IT infrastructure.
  • Analyse data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions; prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Lead IT-related projects, ensuring system security, software updates, and troubleshooting issues promptly.
  • Write compelling copy for various platforms, ensuring consistency in tone of voice aligned with brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in management, project management, and leadership roles within marketing or IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively for strategic planning.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation across digital channels.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing principles and communication skills tailored towards professional audiences.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within deadlines.
  • Strong IT knowledge including system security measures, troubleshooting techniques, and software updates.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
