Own the paid media and analytics engine for clients, translating data into clear improvements and leading client conversations.

  • Campaign ownership across Google Ads and paid social, with ongoing optimisation and cross-channel testing.
  • Translate GA4/Tag Manager data into actionable insights and client-ready recommendations.
  • Lead client communications and align on goals with design and strategy teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup & Optimisation: Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping; launch paid social campaigns where relevant.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Configure GA4, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking solutions to ensure reliable data; analyse performance, translate data into clear insights, and recommend improvements.
  • Client Communication: Prepare and present reports, turning complex metrics into plain-English; lead client calls and meetings, capturing feedback and aligning on goals.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with designers to develop creative assets; stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on or hungry for hands-on. You’ve already got experience working within an agency, and have hands-on experience with SEO and paid advertising.
  • Analytical. Able to interpret vast amounts of data, and draw logical conclusions in order to refine and improve existing and future marketing campaigns.
  • Client communication. Whether an email update or a Teams presentation, you explain performance in plain English and build great relationships with stakeholders.
  • Calm multitasker. In a busy, fast-growing agency you prioritise workload, keep multiple campaigns on track, and hit deadlines.
  • Collaborative. You bounce ideas around with designers, writers, and strategists, giving and receiving feedback.
  • Growth mindset. Eager to learn and develop new skillsets. The platforms we work with continually evolve, so you have to be comfortable with continual professional improvement.

Preferred

  • (experience in managing Google & Meta ads would be a strong differentiater in our application process)
