Own the end-to-end multimedia content program for a fencing brand, from strategy and production to social distribution and performance measurement.

Own content creation and social across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, aligned to product launches and installations.
Lead content-driven campaigns and email distribution to trade clients and retailers, with clear KPI tracking in GA and platform analytics.
Expand product-focused content and case studies to support SEO and sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategy Creation & Deployment: Act as a proactive self-starter to develop, pitch, and execute the multimedia marketing strategy from the ground up.
Social Media Management: Manage the daily posting schedule and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Content Creation & Execution: Act as the primary in-house content creator, capturing high-quality photography and videography of our products, manufacturing processes, and finished fencing installations.
Email Marketing & Campaign Execution: Utilise our database of trade clients and retail customers to distribute your content, keeping our audience informed about new products, projects, and company news.
Website Content & Blog Management: Repurpose your multimedia content into long-form articles, case studies, and gallery updates for the company website to improve SEO and support the sales process.
Testimonials & Reviews: Plan, capture, and publish engaging customer testimonials and product reviews to turn satisfied trade clients and homeowners into vocal brand advocates.
Product Focuses: Execute deep-dive content on specific fencing ranges, educating our audience on durability, timber treatment processes, and ease of installation.
Brand Collaborations: Actively seek out and execute creative collaborations with relevant partners, such as garden influencers, landscape designers, or local building firms.
KPI Management & Reporting: Develop, set, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of your strategies.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing, content creation, or social media manager role.
Hands-on experience with high-quality photography and videography (portfolio evidence required). Proficiency with mobile shooting setups or DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.
Strong skills in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom) to produce polished, platform-specific content.
Mastery of native platform features and analytics tools across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including short-form video (Reels, TikToks) and community management.
Ability to set, track, and translate data from Google Analytics and social platform insights into actionable marketing reports.
