Customer Communications and Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Help us deliver communications and marketing activity that informs, engages and supports our customers, whilst aligning messaging to Thirteen’s strategy, brand, and values.
• Be a key player in supporting our business priorities by enhancing Thirteen’s image and reputation and telling our story through the delivery of high-quality communications that deliver our key messages.

Requirements

• You’ll have a proven track record of delivering impactful communications that drive engagement and build trust, from developing customer campaigns and sharing compelling customer stories, to managing sponsorships, promoting inclusive communication, and strengthening relationships with customers and communities.
• You’ll be comfortable working across a broad range of channels and audiences.
• You’ll also have experience producing publications such as magazines and customer reports, alongside managing media relations and supporting crisis communications with confidence and professionalism.
• You’ll have experience in raising the profile of a powerful brand through strategic and targeted communications of the highest quality.
• You’ll have a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the region.
