Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own Audience Strategy: Develop and evolve Audley's audience strategy, taxonomy and governance framework.
- Drive Personalisation: Transform customer insight and behavioural data into actionable audiences that improve targeting, engagement and customer experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, insights, analytics, data and technology teams to embed audience-led decision making.
- Deliver Commercial Impact: Monitor audience performance and continuously optimise marketing effectiveness and customer outcomes.
- Lead and Develop Talent: Coach and develop team members, creating an engaged, high-performing culture.
Preferred
- You have experience developing marketing audiences, segmentation frameworks or targeting strategies.
- You're confident working with large customer and behavioural datasets.
- You can translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
- You have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM, CDP or marketing automation platform.
- You enjoy working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- You bring a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for delivering measurable results.
