2+ years' experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, paid social, or a related discipline.
Experience developing high-performing creative for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
Good analytical skills with the ability to connect creative decisions to performance outcomes.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of what drives profitable growth for DTC and e-commerce brands.
Solid presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
An understanding of consumer psychology, behavioural drivers, and conversion principles.
A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve your work.
An interest in innovation, AI, and the future of performance creative.
