Content & Social Manager

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Social Media (70%): Own the vibe. You’ll be responsible for making sure Van Haven’s brand feels alive and premium at every touchpoint.
• Personally shoot, edit, and post brilliant content (short-form videos, Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes, and more).
• Keep the content calendar moving, and stay ahead of trends that make sense for the Van Haven ethos.
• Manage Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook—posting, optimising, replying, and making sure everything we do looks sharp and polished.
• Lead on-brand interactions that make our customers feel seen, understood, and completely part of the Van Haven family.
• Events & Brand Representation (30%): Be on the ground, making sure Van Haven looks on-point at every event, show, or customer handover.
• Work alongside event coordinators, ensuring our stand turns heads and has the right props, vehicles, and brand spark.
• Capture must-share moments, ensuring no opportunity to tell a great story is missed.
• Help customers feel looked after ahead of events by managing RSVPs, emails, and queries.

Requirements

• Creative instinct: You see stories, moments, and content opportunities others miss. A camera (or phone) in your hand feels natural.
• Social media expertise: Proven experience making platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube work hard individually
• Confidence interacting with customers and community members, both online and face-to-face.
• A practical, self-managing approach—this is a hands-on role where you’ll be crafting and executing, not delegating.
• A passion for ADVENTURE, outdoor living, vans, or the automotive world. You get the Van Haven mindset.

Preferred

• Background in automotive, outdoor, or lifestyle brands.
• Advanced skills in photo/video editing or production.
• Knowledge of HubSpot for emails or CRM.
