Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Multimedia content production
  • Supporting the end-to-end production of multimedia content (video, podcasts and photography) from planning and storyboarding through to filming, editing and delivery.
  • Taking day-to-day responsibility for London studio operations, including set-up, equipment checks and inventory management, ensuring the studio is used safely.
  • Operating camera, audio and lighting equipment to capture high-quality visual content, and briefing stakeholders so they are prepared and comfortable on camera.
  • Editing video and audio content, optimising assets for social, web and internal channels.
  • Capturing and editing photography for use across multiple channels.
  • Social media production
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of social content that amplifies multimedia assets and key campaigns.
  • Supporting social planning, copywriting, approvals and publishing.
  • Supporting social scheduling and contributing to organic activity across social media platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering multimedia and content projects in a complex or professional environment.
  • A collaborative, creative mindset that brings strong ideas and execution.
  • Professional, proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Calm under pressure, with a solutions-focused approach to handling time-sensitive content requests.
  • Strong understanding of content performance, with the ability to interpret data and provide clear insights and recommendations to senior colleagues.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
  • Comfortable working with technical equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones) and studio environments.
  • Excellent project management, time management and organisation skills, with precise attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, including coaching colleagues through filming and recording sessions.
  • Proven experience delivering a range of content projects, managing approvals and stakeholder engagement.
