Responsibilities

• Executive Support
• · Support the Account Director with the day-to-day management of client accounts.
• · Help coordinate and schedule client projects, campaigns, meetings and agreed actions.
• · Prepare agendas, meeting notes, project updates and status reports.
• · Maintain clear communication with colleagues, suppliers and delivery partners.
• · Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the expected standard.
• · Identify outstanding actions, potential issues and opportunities for additional client support.
• Content Creation
• · Research and write content for websites, landing pages, articles, case studies, email campaigns and marketing materials.
• · Help schedule creative diaries for designers and organise workflow.

Requirements

• Excellent written English, with strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills
• Experience creating content for websites, LinkedIn and other digital channels
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• The ability to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Comfortable working independently while contributing to a wider team
• A practical understanding of marketing, branding, digital communications and social media
• Must be in the Kent/South East area
• Experience using content management systems, social scheduling platforms and project management tools would be beneficial

Preferred

• Agency or client account management experience would be advantageous
• A degree in marketing, communications, PR or a similar discipline is ideal but not essential
