Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our internal digital channels and help populate our external digital channels (social media, website).
- Coordinate editorial scheduling across our platforms.
- Get involved in content creation and storytelling for selected campaigns.
- Work with third-party agencies on targeted communications projects.
- Curate, design, and issue our weekly internal newsletter.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams that require communications expertise.
- Support key administrative tasks, including raising purchase orders, scheduling team meetings, and helping the Head of Communications coordinate events.
- Act as an active corporate brand ambassador.
- Monitor and manage the daily Communications team email inbox.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree with an option for a 1-year industrial placement / sandwich year.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (with an eye for storytelling).
- Strong digital and social media fluency.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- Curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to give new challenges a try.
Preferred
- Prior coursework, extracurricular experience, or internships in communications, marketing, media, public relations, or healthcare that would be great but it's definitely not required.
