Job Description

Responsibilities

Turn our internal communications plans and campaigns into clear, on-brand content
Write, edit and publish articles, newsletters, intranet updates, videos and colleague stories
Help prepare leadership briefings and coordinate communications for town halls and events
Plan and deliver colleague engagement campaigns, recognition programmes and feedback activity
Manage communications requests, content calendars, templates and brand sign-off processes

Requirements

Experience in communications, internal communications, marketing or colleague engagement
Excellent writing, editing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail
Confident using digital channels, content management systems and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
Strong organisation skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels

Preferred

Nice to have: experience coordinating events or campaigns, measuring communications impact, or using design and video tools
