Job Description
Own the planning and execution of B2B event campaigns end to end, from timelines and budgets to on-site delivery and post-event reporting.
- Responsibilities: Manage event logistics including guest communications, registrations, and supplier negotiations.
- Coordinate timelines, trackers, budgets, agendas, and post-event reporting in Excel.
- Support on-the-night execution for virtual and in-person events and handle stock/materials.
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate event operations to ensure quality delivery.
- Prepare event materials and run on-site or virtual coordination as needed.
- Assist with campaign administration and coordination to ensure timely delivery.
- Support after-action reporting and feedback collection.
- Maintain event inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
