Business Administration Officer (eCommerce & Marketing)

Responsibilities

• eCommerce Administration — creating and maintaining product listings, pricing and content across our website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy and other marketplaces
• Marketing Support — social media content, marketing campaigns and customer communications
• Logistics & Operations — order processing, stock control and working with fulfilment
• General Administration — liaising with suppliers and customers, and maintaining accurate company records

Requirements

• Graduate in any subject or equivalent experience
• Exceptional attention to detail. We sell food, so accuracy in listings, pricing and allergen information is critical — a wrong label is a recall, not a typo
• Highly organised and reliable
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Eager to learn new skills
• A strong communicator
• Ability to learn new systems and processes in a fast paced environment
• Interested in business, marketing, eCommerce and customer service.
• Bachelor's (required)

Preferred

• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as shopify, tiktok shop, amazon, whatnot, debenhams, B&Q, etsy, etc.
• Experience using Canva or similar design software.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Previous retail, customer service or administration experience.
