  • Lead activation strategy and execution across multiple channels
  • Align activations with commercial and brand objectives and measure ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver events

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Events strategy and calendar
  • Working with the wider team to identify and plan activations for our subscription, grocery, and B2B audiences that line up with our commercial and brand objectives
  • Setting clear goals for every activation, from footfall and leads to sampling conversions and revenue
  • Building the business case for the opportunities worth backing and unlocking the budget to make them happen.
  • Reporting on what each activation achieved, including its return on investment.
  • Planning and delivery
  • Taking every activation from brief to debrief - negotiating fees and contracts, choosing and managing suppliers, and creating production schedules, staffing, and training.
  • Handling the details that keep everything running smoothly and safely - from running orders and risk assessments to insurance and permits.
  • Leading on the day, on site, keeping things on-track, and finding a way through when plans - or the weather - change!
  • Working with teams across the business to coordinate stock, storage, branding, marketing assets, and logistics.

Requirements

  • You've got proven experience leading brand activations or events from start to finish for both consumer and B2B audiences
  • You think big picture and spot the opportunities worth chasing, but you're just as happy rolling your sleeves up to get things done.
  • You've got the wherewithal to make things happen. You stay calm when the pressure's on, and you find a way through when plans change.
  • You're the kind of person people love working with. You build great relationships with colleagues and suppliers alike, and people are always happy to help you out.
  • You're brilliantly organised, and you can juggle several tasks at once without dropping a ball. If you do, you're confident you can fix it.
  • You set clear goals, measure what matters, and can show the return on every event.
  • You know your way around coffee service and machinery in a café or coffee cart setting. This isn't essential, but it's a big bonus.
  • You're happy working from our London Bridge office three days a week, Tuesday to Thursday, plus evenings and weekends when your events calendar requires it.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working model (everyone is in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Flexi-time working, with core hours (10:00-16:00)
  • 23 days holiday (increasing annually up to 27 days)
  • 3 extra days leave between Christmas & New Year
  • Another day off for your birthday
  • Monthly at-home coffee allowance
  • Enhanced Workplace Pension
  • Income Protection
  • Group Life Assurance (plus bereavement & probate support)
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
