Own frontline brand ambassador work with face-to-face engagement to tell product benefits, hit personal and team targets, and travel for campaigns and training.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent our clients professionally through face-to-face customer engagement.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and communicate the benefits of products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Generate customer interest and assist with the sales process.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Attend daily training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
  • Gather customer feedback to support ongoing campaign improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a supportive and energetic environment.
  • Travel to campaign locations as required.
  • Participate in national and international travel opportunities for training, networking, and company events.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
  • Flexible to travel for business opportunities, including international events for qualifying team members.
  • Confident and professional communicators.
  • Friendly, approachable, and people-focused.
  • Motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers in a face-to-face environment.
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills.
