Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of in-store POS and fixtures, coordinating creative concepts, stock management, and cross‑functional launches to optimize in-store visibility and conversion.

End-to-end POS/fixturisation: from concept through delivery with cross‑functional teams and agencies.
Category POS refreshes: quarterly updates to keep messaging fresh and customer‑facing copy compelling.
Cross-functional execution: partner with 2D/3D agencies and internal stakeholders to land POS on time and within budgets.

Job Description

Own end-to-end delivery of in-store POS and fixtures for beauty and merch, balancing creative concepts, budgeting, stock, and cross-functional launches to drive awareness and conversion in-store.

Permanent POS and Fixturisation: Owns permanent projects end-to-end from the initial project outset, creative approvals, organising quantities and allocations, range review refreshes and delivery.
Next Big Thing: Liaises with relevant teams to create concepts and ensure successful landing in stores.
Category POS refreshes: Refreshes such as fragrance headers and hair colourants stripping.
