Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the Europe ABM strategy, target-account model, segmentation, investment priorities, and shared Sales/Marketing operating cadence.
  • Lead integrated 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many programs across digital, content, events, executive engagement, and personalised experiences.
  • Determine account priorities using firmographic, intent, engagement, CRM, opportunity, and Sales intelligence; establish repeatable playbooks that scale across Europe.
  • Build CXO roundtables, executive dinners, peer forums, customer advocacy, and strategic hospitality tied to priority accounts and measurable follow-up.
  • Connect Planview executives with C-suite and senior stakeholders across priority accounts and create meaningful commercial engagement.
  • Partner with customers, executives, experts, Content, and Communications on high-value thought leadership and regional programs.
  • Build Top Customers References program for the region.
  • Ensure Sales and Marketing teams have actionable insight into strategic accounts, buying groups, engagement gaps, and recommended interventions.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Operations and global ABM teams on data, technology, AI, automation, personalisation, and scalable execution processes.
  • Own the Europe measurement framework across account engagement, buying-group penetration, pipeline, opportunity progression, expansion, revenue, ROI, and executive-program impact.

Requirements

  • - Significant experience leading ABM, demand generation, field marketing, customer marketing, or integrated B2B marketing in an enterprise or SaaS environment.
  • - Demonstrated success building ABM strategy with Sales, including target-account planning, buying-group engagement, and senior-stakeholder alignment.
  • - Strong understanding of 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM, full-funnel marketing, segmentation, campaign orchestration, executive engagement, and thought leadership.
  • - Commercial and analytical mindset with experience connecting account activity to pipeline, revenue, customer growth, and ROI.
  • - Experience with executive programs, CXO engagement, advocacy, strategic events, account intelligence, CRM, intent data, marketing automation, or AI-enabled marketing.
  • - Excellent communication, influencing, and program leadership skills; collaborative and inclusive style; fluent English; willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
