Own product marketing from discovery to launch with buyer-centric messaging and a repeatable playbook that informs the roadmap.

  • Positioning & narrative: Own DG’s core story end-to-end across pitches, website, and executive messaging to drive pipeline.
  • Positioning & messaging: Develop the positioning, narrative, and product naming system for platform growth.
  • Customer & market research: Stand up structured discovery, jobs-to-be-done, willingness-to-pay, and segmentation.
  • Advisory motion: Set up a customer advisory cadence to inform the roadmap.
  • Synthesis into insight: Turn customer proximity into actionable insights that guide decisions.
  • Roadmap alignment: Ensure the roadmap is informed by customer evidence, market signal, and product instinct.
  • Product launches: Own go-to-market for launches from positioning to enablement and customer comms.
  • Upstream framing: Move product marketing upstream of build so framing happens before engineering ships.
  • Launch playbook: Define and evolve a repeatable launch process for sharper execution.
  • Sales enablement: Create one-pagers, decks, talk tracks, demos, and objections that sellers actually use.
