Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid media in the UK and beyond with an AI-first playbook that tightly links AI to campaign setup, optimization, reporting and faster decision making across the main channels.

Channel Ownership: Own end-to-end execution across all paid media channels with a bias to TikTok, Meta, Google and YouTube, plus Amazon PPC and scaling to new platforms.
AI-Driven Optimization: Embed AI into campaign workflows to speed tests, improve output and drive smarter decisions.
Measurement & Commercial Impact: Dynamically manage budgets, improve ROAS and CAC, and translate data into actionable growth narratives.
