Job Summary

Own the paid social engine, turning creative, audience, and testing into measurable growth across Meta/TikTok-like channels while keeping cross-functional partners aligned on objectives.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Manage activation, measurement, and reporting to drive outcomes across the funnel.
  • Collaboration & Insights: Translate creative and attribution data into actionable insights for marketing leadership and peers.

Job Description

  • Growth Infrastructure: Growth Infrastructure: Support day-to-day execution, optimisation and reporting of paid social across the funnel.
  • Creative & Insights: Creative & Insights: Own the creative insights and reporting to a marketing audience across the org.
  • Testing & Experimentation: Testing & Experimentation: Develop and execute testing roadmaps across paid social, with ideas for creative, audience and bidding experiments.
  • Messaging & Targeting: Messaging & Targeting: Align messaging and targeting strategies with campaign and business objectives in collaboration with creative and insights teams.
  • Creative Briefs: Creative Briefs: Coordinate briefing and UGC assets for paid media campaigns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, identify trends, and apply data-led optimisations to maximise KPIs.
  • Partnerships: Partnerships: Maintain and improve relationships with platform and agency partners.
  • Platform & Tools: Platform & Tools: Stay updated with platform updates and new targeting capabilities to keep programs ahead of the curve.
  • Paid Social Platforms: Hands-on experience managing paid social activity on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or similar platforms.
  • KPIs & Optimisation: Knowledge of performance KPIs and optimisation techniques across paid social.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Comfortable analysing campaign data and reporting on performance, with strong Excel/Sheets and data-visualisation skills.
  • Organisation: Proactive, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Retail/E-commerce Experience: Experience working within a retail, e-commerce, or marketplace environment.
  • MMP Knowledge: Previous experience on app-first business with MMP knowledge.
