Job Summary
Own and operationalize Seriös Group's demand engine and PMM discipline across brand, GTM, and partnerships to drive enterprise pipeline.
- Brand and product marketing ownership: translate tech into measurable commercial value for senior buyers.
- GTM execution: align marketing, sales and delivery with multi‑channel demand and scalable campaigns.
- Revenue strategy and ABM: set ICPs, segmentation, and enablement to convert leads into SQLs.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own value proposition and messaging for Seriös Group across touchpoints and translate technical capability into commercial value.
- Lead GTM campaigns and ensure consistent positioning and cross‑functional alignment; build demand‑generation frameworks spanning inbound, outbound, events and thought leadership.
- Deliver a commercially driven marketing strategy tied to revenue with pipeline accountability; define ICPs, segmentation, ABM programs and enablement for new business and account growth.
- Execute co‑marketing with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks and Snowflake to drive joint pipeline and extend reach.
- Own KPIs, budget and reporting; implement CRM/automation/analytics to enable scalable demand generation and provide leadership with pipeline and channel insights.
- Lead a high‑performing hybrid team and manage external agencies to ensure marketing is a trusted commercial partner.
- Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing leadership role in a high‑growth tech, SaaS or data business.
- Track record of building and scaling demand generation programmes delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong experience developing and executing GTM strategies for tech products and/or professional services in enterprise markets.
- Proven ability to work in close alignment with Sales, supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and developing effective sales enablement.
- Experience managing a high‑performing marketing function and agency/supplier relationships.
