Job Summary

Own the content production and growth engine for Newpower’s UK renewable-energy brand, translating hands-on video creation into scalable audience growth and lead generation.

Own end-to-end video content creation and publication across YouTube and social channels.
Drive YouTube channel growth through title/thumbnail optimization, metadata, and performance analytics.
Turn on-site project content and customer stories into engaging short-form clips and testimonials to boost brand reach and lead generation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Film on-site renewable energy projects
Create long-form YouTube content
Capture customer testimonials and case studies
Produce engaging behind-the-scenes content
Operate cameras, microphones, lighting, and drone equipment
Create and manage content across all social platforms
Repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips
Schedule and manage daily posting
Monitor engagement and platform growth
Help grow the Newpower YouTube channel

Requirements

Experience filming and editing video content
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
Editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut
Organised and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable filming on-site and around installation teams

Nice to have

Paid advertising experience
Drone filming experience
Experience growing social channels
Website development or WordPress experience
Experience within property, construction, automotive, trades, or renewable sectors
Understanding of YouTube growth and social media trends
