Job Summary

Own end-to-end management of YouTube and social channels for multiple clients, turning insights into recommendations and improving channel performance across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X, and Instagram.

  • Own channel strategy and delivery across client portfolios, from content calendars to reporting.
  • Lead with clients to define channel goals and measure impact using platform analytics.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to surface actionable opportunities and quick wins.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of YouTube and social media channels
  • Working within a growing team of digital strategists
  • Leading on strategy across a range of client channels
  • Creating channel strategies directly with clients and understanding the nuances of their businesses
  • Taking responsibility for everything that happens across the channels you manage, from content schedules and publishing through to claims and reporting
  • Maintaining clear accountability and ownership for channel performance and delivery
  • Identifying opportunities to grow digital channels across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, X and Instagram
  • Using platform analytics to understand performance and inform recommendations
  • Reporting performance, insights and next steps back to clients and the wider internal team
  • Working with the wider team to identify channel, audience and platform trends

Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience working in digital, specifically experience of YouTube channel management
  • Passionate about great content, advertising and brand accounts
  • Strong confidence using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop
  • Strategic thinker - curious, proactive and willing to test new ideas to drive stronger results
