Job Summary

Own influencer and partner growth across discovery, outreach, and measurement to drive lead generation and revenue.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Source, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, affiliates, publishers, and strategic partners
Build and maintain a pipeline of influencer and partnership opportunities aligned with business goals
Identify, evaluate, and utilize influencer discovery and tracking platforms to find, vet, and manage creators
Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach and contracting through content approval, launch, reporting, and optimization
Track influencer and partnership performance using attribution tools, affiliate platforms, unique promo codes, landing pages, UTM parameters, and other measurement methods
Manage publisher, affiliate, sponsorship, and partnership campaigns focused on lead generation and customer acquisition
Identify and test alternative paid advertising channels beyond traditional Meta and Google advertising
Develop campaign strategies designed to increase qualified leads, appointments, conversions, and revenue
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value
Ensure proper tracking, analytics, attribution, and reporting across all campaigns and channels
