Job Summary

Own the social content engine for a boutique financial firm, driving multi‑channel distribution, creator‑ready assets, and audience engagement while shaping a scalable Content OS and founder‑level brand presence.

Social content operations: manage distribution, scheduling, and posting across platforms
Content creation & collaboration: write copy, captions, titles, thumbnails, and coordinate with editors for monthly plans
Growth and measurement: monitor analytics, identify reach and lead opportunities, and optimize workflows

Responsibilities

Manage and execute content distribution across all social media platforms
Create social media copy, captions, titles, thumbnails, and posting assets
Schedule and publish content through social scheduling platforms
Support the growth of Bill Smith’s personal brand social presence
Engage with comments, messages, and audience interaction professionally and consistently
Collaborate with the Marketing team on monthly content planning initiatives
Capture organic internal content around the office, events, and community initiatives
Assist with recording YouTube videos, Ascend 360 Insider episodes (weekly video email series), and founder/CEO content
Coordinate with external video editors during post-production
Monitor analytics, engagement, and KPI performance trends

Requirements

Strong understanding of all major social media platforms
Experience with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn management
Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and InDesign
Strong copywriting and content creation ability
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Experience using social media scheduling platforms
Basic camera, lighting, and audio production knowledge
Ability to manage multiple content workflows simultaneously
B2C social media experience is strongly preferred
Financial services experience is not required
Full-time, in-office role based in Sheffield Village, Ohio
