Requirements

You have experience producing content for personal brands, creators, entrepreneurs, podcasts, or media companies
You understand content strategy and storytelling
You can identify compelling stories and audience opportunities
You are highly organized and operationally strong
You can manage multiple projects simultaneously
You understand long-form and short-form content ecosystems
You think in systems, not individual posts
You take ownership and move quickly

Preferred

YouTube growth experience
Podcast production experience
